1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Usually takes 1-2 business days (Mon to Fri) to process and pack your item. 

Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment details. 

Clinic Pick-up: Another option is to pick up your order personally at our clinic located in Laval. Await a notification informing you that your product is available and is ready for pick up before coming. 

2. Shipping Destinations

Shipping within Canada: We currently ship anywhere within Canada. Please use your full shipping address at checkout so that your order does not get delayed or returned. 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Methods: We always utilize reliable, governed, and trusted courier options to deliver your products. 

Delivery Estimates: Orders are generally shipped via standard shipping, which generally takes within 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada. Please note that the estimated date between the date of order and the date of delivery may vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, etc. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be determined at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. These charges are non-refundable. 

4. Order Tracking

After your package departs our clinic, you will be sent a tracking number via email. With this number, you can check the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website. 

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Goods: If, upon receipt, your delivery is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us at info@shabnammedicalaesthetic.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please send us photographs of the damaged packaging and the product. 

Lost Packages: We will do everything possibly to ensure that your package arrives promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping courier. Make sure that you use a safe shipping address. 

6. Shipping Limitations

Some of our products require a certain temperature to ship properly. Occasionally, when we may experience extreme weather, we will halt shipping for a short period in order to prevent the product from spoiling in transit.
