1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Bookings & Appointments

Consultations: Before any medical aesthetic treatment, you will have a consultation. Our specialists will analyze your own individualized skin profile to make sure the treatment is appropriate. 

Bookings: Bookings can be made on our website, by phone, and in person. You will be notified of the confirmation through your provided contact details. 

Late Arrivals: We do our best to keep to a tight schedule for all of our clients. Your timely arrival will be expected to maintain the discipline and smooth management of our schedules, along with those of other customers. We suggest that customers not exceed 15 minutes from the time of the appointment. After this, it can be considered a “no-show,” or we may have to reschedule your appointment so that the next client receives optimal care. 

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We totally understand random or unexpected emergencies or circumstances under which you might ot able to visit the clinic. Nevertheless, given that our periods are devoted to tailor-made service: 

• Requested to cancel or reschedule appointments between 24-48 hours before the visit. 
   

• Failure to give us prior notice may also result in the loss of any deposit paid at the time of booking or a cancellation charge. 
   

• If you don’t show up or your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $100.00 as per our Cancellation Policy 

4. Product Purchases & Returns

Accuracy: We make every effort to provide precise descriptions, prices, and images of our online store. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions will be completely error-free. 

Returns: Because of the high-grade medical quality of the skincare products we carry (please refer to your product’s labels for SkinCeuticals, Alastin, and ZO Skin Health), we do not accept opened or used product returns. Unopened and unused products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

Payment: All payments are supported by our secure system and will be included with applicable taxes. 

5. Medical Disclaimer

The information on this website, including blogs and treatment/product descriptions, is intended as general information and not as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

There can be variation in individual results from aesthetic treatments such as Dermal Fillers, Microneedling, Laser, etc. We give a detailed consultation and treatment plan, but cannot guarantee results. Please speak to our specialists regarding your particular skin concerns and history.

All medical aesthetic procedures carried out at the clinic are of the highest safety and professional standards.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute concerning these terms shall be settled exclusively by the courts of Laval, Quebec. 

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be made by posting updated terms here with a new “Effective Date”. Your use of the website following any changes will mean you accept those changes.
